The Wave® Performance 360 online assessment enables a range of relevant individuals to rate a colleague’s performance at work. How an individual perceives themselves and how this compares to other people’s perceptions of them is a powerful feedback tool.
The Performance 360 is designed for use in:

- Delivering insightful feedback
The report summarises responses from different raters to the 39-45 questions across a seven-point effectiveness scale. Four rater categories exist, with the option to include an “other” category.
This questionnaire can be used on its own, or in conjunction with the Wave® Styles Questionnaire. When used together, it can help individuals understand the gaps between their performance and potential as a platform for utilising unfulfilled potential and realising critical areas of potential.
