Wave Performance 360 online assessment delivers individual feedback in the most powerful way.

The Wave Performance 360 online assessment enables a range of relevant individuals to rate a colleague’s performance at work. Comparing one’s own self-perception to others’ view of them is an incredibly useful, and powerful, development tool.

The Performance 360 is designed for use in:

The report summarises responses from different raters to the 39-45 questions across a seven-point effectiveness scale. Five rater categories exist, and are all customisable to suit project requirements.

This questionnaire can be used on its own, or in conjunction with the Wave Styles Questionnaire. When used together, it can help individuals understand the gaps between their performance and potential as a platform for utilising unfulfilled potential and realising critical areas of potential.
