Personality & Behavioural Questionnaires
Wave Styles assessments are built around one integrated model based on a rich understanding of personal motives, talents, competency potential and preferred culture.
We offer four Wave personality questionnaire types for various target groups and role levels – Wave Professional Styles, Wave Focus Styles, Wave Strengths and Match 6.5. Each has different questions and timings, but all use the same easy-to-use and accessible online interface.
Aptitude Tests
Employers often use aptitude tests as part of their assessment procedures for the selection and development of staff. Aptitude or ability tests are consistently proven to be the best predictors of workplace effectiveness. Using the right ability tests as part of a recruitment process helps organisations ensure the right person is chosen for the role.

Practice the Aptitude Tests
Complete realistic timed practice questions online by selecting the appropriate link below (links will open in a new tab).
While you are in a practice test you can complete the questions as many times as you like. To re-access a practice test after you have opted to Finish, simply select the required link again.
You will be given onscreen feedback for each question that you answer. The purpose of the practice tests is to familiarise you with the format of the actual test and working to strict time limits.
The difficulty of the example questions does not necessarily represent the difficulty level of the test itself.
Please note: Aptitude assessments are not accessible on mobile phones (with the exception of Swift Comprehension Verbal & Numerical Aptitude, Swift Global Aptitude and the Workplace English Proficiency Tests).
