Administration Assistant/Receptionist

Are you a quick learner, a great communicator, and able to organise resources with panache? Do you like working in a small team environment where your input matters? Then this role is for you!

This interesting and multi-faceted role will include a variety of tasks such as front-line support to Consultants, the Operations Manager, clients, and our Bureau Team. It will involve co-ordinating training activities, administration, and some marketing, finance, and accounting support functions. This role is integral to our success.

We expect that you will have had previous experience across a comprehensive range of office service activities, along with a high level of client service interaction and be highly competent using Microsoft Office Suite.
