A series of three single supervised tests of verbal, numerical and error checking aptitude. Each aptitude test is shorter than the industry standard whilst maintaining robust reliability and validity.

Customer Verbal Comprehension
Assesses the ability to comprehend written information. The assessment contains a series of passages followed by questions which need to be answered based on the information presented.
Customer Numerical Comprehension
Assesses the ability to comprehend numerical data. The assessment contains a series of data sets, followed by questions which need to be answered using the data presented.
Customer Error Checking
Assesses the ability to check the correctness of transposed information. The assessment contains four sets of original and transposed information where transposition errors have to be identified.
The report is available in Hard Copy (HC), and Supervised Access (SA).
