For this role, you will have had at least 3 years’ experience as an organisational psychologist, but there is considerable scope if you have more to offer. You will value our methodologies and approach and want to reach out to the HR community and other psychologists, working with them as a well-respected practitioner. You will definitely be looking to take on greater responsibility and new challenges as an ambassador for what we do and how we think. You will get plenty of variety in the projects we take on and the relationships we build.
