Information we collect from you

Saville Consulting is a company engaged in assessment services. We use and develop assessment tools (including but not restricted to the assessment of individuals’ interests, motives, talents, aptitudes, competencies and work place culture) for both analysis and research purposes. When you visit the Website you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself including your name, contact details, gender, age, other personal details and details regarding your employment.

Use of your Information

We may use your personal information for the following purposes: accounting, billing and audit, credit or other payment card verification, security, administrative and legal purposes, systems testing, maintenance and product development, customer relations, in carrying out obligations under contracts entered into between you and Us and to help Us in any future dealings with you.  Your personal information may be used to provide reports and services to our Clients and in the case of Clients, to appropriate Candidates.  These reports and services may be used by our Clients in the selection and development of individuals in an employment or human resources context.   Your personal information may be passed to other companies within the Saville Consulting group or its approved agents, current or future potential Clients or research institutions which may use such information for any purpose set out above.  Such companies may be located in countries outside the UK which do not have data protection laws to protect your information.  Supplying your data to such companies may also result in your data being transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for Us or for one of our suppliers.  We also collect the domain names, e-mail address and other personal data of those who communicate with us.

Saville Consulting Group Limited is registered under the Data Protection (Jersey) Law, 1987. Saville Consulting UK Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Saville Consulting Group Ltd and is notified in the UK under the Data Protection Act (1998).

Third party contact details

As part of our assessment process We may request or you may volunteer contact details of a third party for confirmation of your information. It is your responsibility to inform any third party, whose contact details and personal information you provide to Us, that you have disclosed this information. You should obtain the prior consent of any such third party before disclosing their personal information.

If We have contacted you as a result of your details being disclosed to Us by a participant in the assessment process, We confirm that We will use your personal details and any information that you subsequently submit to Us in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure, and we therefore cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk.
